If you’re looking for a crowd-pleasing side dish that takes less than 10 minutes to make(seriously!) then you’ve found the right recipe! While this might not be the healthiest of dishes, I think it gets a free pass since I make it exactly once a year – on Thanksgiving. I suppose it’s my way of showing gratitude for butter. Goes perfectly with green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy.
Makes a lot
- 3-4 bags of frozen sweet corn
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 8pz block cream cheese
- 2 tsp. sugar
Combine cream cheese, sugar and butter and add to the corn. Heat to desired temperature on the stove in pot or just pop into the microwave. Stir occasionally.
